📋 Application Overview
This application automatically manages your Google Meet transcripts by monitoring meeting events and
organizing transcript files.
🔐 Required Permissions
To function properly, this application requires access to:
- Google Meet spaces - To monitor meeting events and access transcript information
- Google Drive - To copy and organize transcript files
- Google Docs - To read transcript document content
- User profile - To identify and authenticate your account
👀 Monitored Events
The application observes the following Google Workspace events:
- Meeting transcript generation - Automatically triggered when Google Meet generates
a transcript for your meetings
📁 File Organization
When a transcript is generated, the application will:
- Copy the transcript file to your designated folder: "Meeting Documents"
- Rename the file with a descriptive name including the original meeting title
- Ensure no duplicate copies are created
